Only answer if you have actually tried some that work. Please don't tell me just to diet and exercise and don't use diet pills. I just want an answer from someone with experience. Thanks. Today I found out that… They really don't work. . They are just caffeine now. . Before ephedra (sp?) was outlawed they really worked (assuming you also dieted and exercised). Instead of diet pills try meal replacement protein drinks, subsituting like 2 per day for your normal meals. . . I'm a guy whoever is very fit but was trying to get my body fat below 15% and have had amazing results with lee labradas lean body MRP. . Give it a try.
Fatty people always remain in tension how to reduce their weight. The overweight body becomes a problem for the people. Www. Dietpills. Ie
So I read all this information about weight loss and it gets me all confused. I fast walk (4mph) on a treadmill for an hour a day, then I do sixty five situps (i do more everyday) and then 40 pushups (again, more everyday. ) then I do pilates (sorta. I do it for a short while to this denise austin film thing. ) and im so insanely desperate to lose weight. Im 14 and around 170lbs. I want to lose this weight- fast. Then I am (trying) to be vegan, so my diet is mainly vegetables and fruit and 12 cups of water a day and any almonds. So heres my question: On the treadmill I burn around five hundred calories. Then maybe like twenty more with everything else. If im supposed to eat 1000 calories a day to avoid starvation, how am I supposed to just burn like 520 a day and expect to lose weight? Should I just cut way down on my 1000 calories a day? Or should I exercise first to burn stored calories and THEN eat? Or should I eat first and then exercise. . ? Please please im so desperate right now. Please no ignorant answers or advertisements. Please. . Well, I have your answer. Don't try to burn off the same amount of calories as you eat–that's basically the same thing as starving yourself, which is NEVER a good decision for trying to lose weight. You should eat 1200-1500 calories per day and burn off whatever you can (without over-doing it.). The ideal time to workout is early in the morning before breakfast, but even if you run in the evening or any time in-between, you'll still get results.
